This tangible installation moves between media: Drawings penetrate space, paintings feedback into video loops and ephemeral sculptures collapse into the projection surface. With bifurcation chamber at Kunstverein Ludwigsburg a highly non-linear system expands over time, art, combining filmed performances, processual drawings and kinetic elements.
During the artwork’s setup phase these elements are repeatedly folded into each other in order to break the conventions of the ordered »white cube« situation. In its vibration and tumbling, the installation is more reminiscent of an abandoned construction site or an overgrown laboratory, whose former function and history has long been forgotten…
