allegretto
This visual interpretation by artist Robert Seidel and filmmaker Falk Müller of the Allegretto, the second movement of Beethoven’s 7th Symphony, is inspired by Seidel’s land-art project magnitude (Epicenter Projects, USA 2015).
Semi-artificial landscapes captured in monumental camera angles by Müller are translated into the virtual and collaged digitally with abstract animations as well as sculptures by Seidel. Enigmatic constellations. Penetrations through space. Romantic suffusions of the self into an unstable landscape.
